I grew up in Kentucky and moved to Mobile in 2022. Before joining Theodore Dawes Fire I was a welder at a shipyard. I started volunteering in 2023 because I saw the camaraderie and family environment at the station. I became a paid firefighter in May of 2024 and haven’t looked back since.
Fun Fact: My sister is who got me in the fire service.
